Resistance to high pressure is taken into account for the design of Conesys Europe hermetic connectors.
The products thus designed, based on glass-to-metal sealing technologies, make it possible to withstand the following constraints:
- Hydraulic pressure (above 2000 bars)
- Gas pressure (pressurized helium tank)
- Pyrotechnic shocks
c:) Vacuum constraints
Vacuum resistance is taken into account for the design of Conesys Europe hermetic connectors.
The products thus designed, based on glass-to-metal sealing technologies, make it possible to withstand the following constraints:
- Low pressure (Leak rate < 1.10-9 atm.cm3.s-1 in helium saturation)
- Space vacuum (Leak rate < 1.10-9 atm.cm3.s-1)
- No degassing (TML = 0% - CVCM = 0%)
d:) Optimization constraints
Faced with high optimization constraints, Conesys Europe hermetic connectors are configurable to best adapt to our customers’ system architectures.
- Miniaturization (removal of conventional contact retention systems)
- Transfer of the contactor to the electronic card (PCB soldering contacts, mounting studs)
- Integration of the connector to the customer shell (removal of solder)
